Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • identify and define training and communication needs related to global finance processes, Ways of Working, and IT tools
  • proactively drive awareness and competence development activities across the finance community
  • focus on newly established shared service centers and ongoing change projects
  • transmit best practices to enable an aligned and efficient work environment
  • collaborate with virtual cross-border teams
  • plan and identify training and onboarding needs for stakeholders and colleagues

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • have a networking and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • have a degree in communication or equivalent skills gained from a working career
  • have come years of experience, preferably in a corporate communication and training function in an international company
  • have proven communication skills and an excellent stakeholder-oriented approach
  • have experience in scheduling and planning training/education
  • embrace change, are structured yet agile, collaborative and experienced in working with virtual cross-border teams
  • are proactive and willing to get involved in various tasks
  • are fluent in English (spoken and written), another language is an asse.
  • have skills in basic IT technologies and M365 applications, experienced in communication and digital platforms
