In the role as Identity Specialist in our Unified Identity & Access Management team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will support, develop, and transition GN’s global identity and access management platforms based on Microsoft Azure AD B2C and evolving toward Microsoft Entra External ID.

You will join the our Unified Identity and Access Management team, a part of Enterprise Platforms & Cybersecurity (EP&C) domain within GN’s Digital, Data & Information Technology organization—where more than 500 colleagues work globally to build and support the platforms and technologies that enable our business.
Within EP&C, around 150 IT professionals collaborate across network, cloud and on-prem servers, identity and access, end-user devices, IT service management, and cybersecurity.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Provide operational and development support for Azure AD B2C during European business hours, including on-call participation for incidents and occasional support outside regular hours due to global collaboration
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom policies, user flows, API connectors, and identity integrations in Azure AD B2C
  • Collaborate with global teams on the transition from Azure AD B2C to Microsoft Entra External ID, ensuring minimal disruption for users and applications
  • Resolve complex identity, authentication, and authorization issues across web, mobile, and API environments
  • Participate in the Entra migration initiative by providing technical knowledge, conducting tests, and offering development assistance
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as PowerShell and REST APIs for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate B2C with new and existing applications, ensuring secure and seamless identity experiences
  • Address incidents, analyze root causes, and take steps to minimize future risks
  • Maintain monitoring dashboards, operational documentation, and guidance material for internal and frontline support teams
  • Engage with Microsoft support for escalations and platform improvements.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Bring practical experience with Azure AD B2C design, development, and operations
  • Are familiar with modern identity protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT
  • Have experience with REST APIs, scripting, and automation (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Understand identity federation, MFA, and cloud security best practices
  • Have knowledge of the Microsoft Entra product suite and identity transition projects
  • Are comfortable working with monitoring and incident management tools in Azure
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Are willing to work onsite in Warsaw during standard Polish business hours, and can participate in on-call duties with some flexibility for collaboration across time zones.

It is beneficial if you also:

  • Hold Microsoft certifications related to Azure B2C, Entra External ID, or identity platforms
  • Have experience integrating identity into modern web or mobile applications
  • Are familiar with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Infrastructure-as-Code practices
  • Have experience working in a global support structure with high-availability platforms
  • Understand compliance, security frameworks, or identity-related incident processes.
