 Junior AR Accountant 

In the role as Junior AR Accountant in the Finance Operations / Accounts Receivable team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will support daily accounts receivable activities, including billing, cash application, collections, and rebate processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Support billing and rebate processes, including issuing customer invoices and credit notes
• Assist with rebate calculations and pricing adjustments in line with customer agreements
• Post daily incoming payments and match them to open invoices
• Investigate and resolve short payments, overpayments, and unapplied cash
• Maintain accurate customer account records and support account reconciliations
• Prepare basic AR reports and support monitoring of outstanding balances
• Help identify and resolve billing and accounts receivable discrepancies
• Collaborate with the finance team on month-end closing activities related to AR
• Support the AR Team Leader and colleagues with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have experience or practical exposure to accounts receivable or finance operations
• Understand basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Work accurately and pay close attention to detail
• Manage your time effectively and meet deadlines
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with stakeholders
• Approach problem-solving in a structured and analytical way
• Feel comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Are confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• It is beneficial to have experience with ERP systems such as D365 or similar
• Are fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
