OTC Systems and Users Support Coordinator
In the role as OTC Systems and Users Support Coordinator you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.
You will be acting as a key liaison between end users, cross-functional teams, and technical stakeholders, ensuring effective system usage and supporting SDC & Process Excellence Team with continuous process improvement.
The role supports process & system training for End Users, communication and adoption of best practices while supporting system testing, issue resolution, change management and ensuring effective system use and process adoption for respective Tower (OtC).

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Act as the primary link between End Users and Product Owners/Functional Consultants, particularly for Application Enhancement Requests (AER).
- Contribute to the Super User community to share knowledge and best practices, and to prioritize according to SDC LT needs.
- Communicate updates, changes, and key information to End Users.
- Plan and deliver training for SDC End Users in the respective Tower (including Super User training, for existing processes).
- Maintain and update local user guides, SOPs, and onboarding materials for new team members (excluding materials for new solutions).
- Provide level 0 support to end users and escalate unresolved queries by raising tickets or incidents.
- Support Product Owners and Functional Consultants to Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and smoke tests.
- Provide input on test cases and participate in configuration signoffs.
- In alignment with Product Owners, test bug fixes and raise change requests, including describing business impacts and requirements.
- Track and manage enhancements related to ways of working, communication, templates, and policies that fall outside of ERP system changes (non-Change Request relevant).
- In alignment with Product Owners, raise and follow up on major system bugs on behalf of the Tower (excluding access-related incidents).
- Provide input to discussions and workshops identifying improvement opportunities, enhance service levels, and reduce the support burden.
- Ensure process standardization across the specific Tower and raise requests to update process flows.
- Maintain the Finance Ops/SDC Role Matrix and support Process Excellence team in content reviews.
- Provide regional/SDC Tower input for the design and setup of user profiles.
- Conduct periodic audits of user profiles, evaluate, and provide input for changes to roles and user groups. (Approval for access is centrally managed by Process Excellence Team).
- Support the Security team with queries and review updates to SOD rules.
- Design governance frameworks for user groups.
- Ensure effective implementation of non-ERP software (e.g., ServiceNow) with relevant stakeholders.
To fulfill the role, we imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
- Experience in a similar position; experience of working with respective Tower area, function across several geographies is required.
- Preferably prior experience working within multinational or GBS/ SSC organization.
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and precision in detail orientation.
- Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and to collaborate.
