The Team:

You will join our Digital Architecture and Platform Team. In our team, we develop, support, and maintain services and platforms that are used as a base upon which other applications, and technologies are developed. We serve external as well as internal customer needs. We have an almost exclusive focus on the Azure ecosystem. Your new highly skilled colleagues will welcome you into the friendly and supportive atmosphere of the team – support and sparring is never far away.

The Work:

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the Azure API platform, including designing and deploying APIs. Your work will be centered around working with cloud technologies, specifically in Azure, to build and maintain the platform. You will implement security measures and ensure compliance with security standards and protocols. You will be managing the deployment of the Azure API platform and automate the deployment process using DevOps tools and techniques. You will ensure that measures are in place to ensure that the platform is available, reliable and scalable. Secondarily, you will over time, be equipped to assist with assignments in other projects as well.

You:

Apart from your strong English language skills, you also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in general. You are not afraid to speak your mind, and you both offer and request help and support when needed. You probably also:

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in platform engineering and data engineering, maybe even specifically with a focus on the Azure API platform and DevOps
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Front door, Azure WAF (Web Application Firewall), Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Experience with IAC (Infrastructure as Code) tools such as Terraform and Bicep.
