 Procurement System Specialist 

As a Procurement System Specialist, you will be a key part of the digital transformation of our global operations by setting up our Ivalua platform. In this role, you will join the Supply Chain Solutions team, where you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will be responsible for configuring our Ivalua platform based on requirements from our partners, and you will also challenge them to assist us gain the most from the system.

The Team You Will Be Part Of:

You will be joining Supply Chain Solutions, a team of 12 IT consultants, architects, scrum masters, and delivery managers. You will work closely with one delivery manager, a procurement system specialist, and an external team of approximately three members to deliver our advanced procurement system, Ivalua.

The team embodies a culture of innovation, perpetuating our 150-year tradition of introducing new ideas. There is always good support available from colleagues and partners.

Your contributions are appreciated, and you will:

  • Translate the requirements from users into potential solutions in Ivalua and demo these for the users.
  • Configure our Ivalua solution to meet the requirements from users.
  • Be exposed to a variety of sourcing and procurement processes and stakeholders.

To Succeed in the Role, We Imagine That You:

  • Have previous experience with implementing procurement systems such as Ivalua, and possibly are level 1 or 2 certified in Ivalua (similar systems include Coupa, Jaggaer, Zycus, SAP Ariba).
  • Have a degree in engineering, economics, or IT.
  • Have experience as a commodity manager or purchaser within direct materials.
  • Have extensive stakeholder management skills.
  • Have worked in an agile setup (Scrum or SAFE).
