In the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant / Administrator in the Commercial Enablement team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will ensure the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem, supporting data-driven engagement with resellers, Hearing Care Professionals, and end customers.
You will focus on platform operations, maintenance, system health, and reliable data availability across Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketing Cloud environments, working within an established technical architecture and agile setup.

The team you will be part of:
You will join the Commercial Enablement team supporting GN’s global Salesforce ecosystem. The team works across business and IT, enabling digital and data-driven customer engagement in a fast-evolving med-tech environment.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
• Own and maintain the operational health of Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketing Cloud environments
• Support platform maintenance, configuration updates, and coordination of upgrades
• Manage DNS configuration and email authentication related to Marketing Cloud to ensure stable deliverability and compliance
• Administer user access and permissions across Salesforce environments
• Monitor and support stable data flows and synchronization between systems
• Act as a binding link between SFDC and Marketing Cloud teams, ensuring alignment and coordination of changes
• Maintain integrations and work with developers and architects to diagnose and resolve issues
• Coordinate with Salesforce Support and external vendors on platform-related matters
• Provide advanced user support and maintain operational documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform governance and processes
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
• Have an educational background in IT, business, marketing technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Have solid experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an administrative or platform support capacity
• Are comfortable building and maintaining transactional email flows and templates, including dynamic and personalized content
• Understand data integrations and have familiarity with SQL, APIs, AMPscript, or Marketing Cloud Connect
• Are familiar with DNS configuration and email authentication concepts related to Marketing Cloud deliverability
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Enjoy collaborating across functions in an agile setup
• It is beneficial to hold Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Administrator
