 Transition Manager 

For our newly opened Service Delivery Center for Finance Operations we are looking for a Transition Manager

The purpose of the position is to support the establishment and development of a Service Delivery Centre (SDC) organisation by driving the transition of all the finance operations activities performed in various countries to the SDC Warsaw. This includes all project planning, dependency tracking and risk handling.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Lead and manage the SDC transition activities aligned with the Transition Team
  • Manage all phases and toll-gate signoffs according to Transition Approach
  • Manage stakeholder mapping of each impacted country
  • Ensure information flow and issues escalation according to Transition Governance setup
  • Build and manage the plan for work shadowing in the transition period covering all services
  • Ensure that all processes are ready for transition and that the SDC team is ready for receiving knowledge
  • Ensure local employees are ready for transition and sharing knowledge in knowledge transfer sessions
  • Coordinate the work of the functional area resources (as they are responsible for execution of transition activities and knowledge transfer)

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • Project management of large change projects
  • Stakeholder management and good collaboration skills
  • Understand the shared services to be transferred
  • Preferably knowledge of process documentation and knowledge transfer methodology
  • Focus on quality in deliverables
  • Self-driven and outgoing personality
  • Flexible and willing to travel
  • You are fluent in English (other languages are welcomed)
